Cabling & Bracing
We are one of those companies that you can always expect to give you a rundown of why we do what we do. When it comes to cabling and bracing we really think that it is important that we truly give you a purpose in what we do. Especially when you can walk down a street and see all of the little support systems that a lot of developing trees have. In our estimate, around 70% of these support systems are kind of just for show. So, if you are looking for a company that is going to apply cables and braces to trees with an actual purpose we may be your best choice!
If you have our recurring services you are not really going to have to worry about spotting the problems on your own. What we can tell you though is that almost all of our tree removal services that materialize after we find a tree that has some form of illness or improper growth could have been avoided. There are even times when the city has obligated people to cut certain trees down because of the way that they are growing onto the street. Just be aware of the signs!
What Are The Signs?
If you see that your tree is growing with a curve onto the street you are bound to have problems down the line a lot of times these issues are really hard to correct especially when you try and correct them later down the line. Another one of the signs that could indicate that you are going to have problems is if you see that a very young tree is starting to split in two. A lot of people will dismiss these issues thinking that the tree is just kind of branching out. Don’t let these things fool you. Give us a call instead so that you can be sure you are on fair ground still!
Adding Support Through the Winter
There are certain trees that are either too young or too old to be able to withstand the winter on their own. In these cases what we tell our clients is that we would rather be safe than sorry. So, we may add some support systems to trees that look fairly ok. It is just a preventive measure. As the last thing that we want to have to do is pick that tree up from someone’s roof in an emergency service.
A Lot Like An Orthodontist
If you ever had braces when you where a kid you know that awful feeling when you had to go to the orthodontist to get your braces tightened up. A lot of times we have to do that with trees. The overall wear and tear that they are going to get with the wind and the sun can really loosen up a lot of these braces and cables. So what we are going to have to do is come in and replace or tightened the grip. This is just so you know that this is usually a recurring service!
